Oobay bay was inspired by our brewers use of ube puree. The ube, a vibrant purple yam from the Philippines, imparts subtle notes of vanilla and sweet, earthy undertones, creating a captivating color and a creamy mouthfeel. Complementing this exotic addition are bold, citrusy aromas from the Chinook hops.
